Jenny Vo

Jenny started yoga a few years before her journey on a different type of mat began. She started training Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and due to the strenuous nature of the sport she started balancing out her Jiu-Jitsu training with yoga. She was eager to dive deeper into studying yoga to better understand its alignment, and movement principles.

As she continued to practice of yoga, she realized that yoga had so much more to offer. Jenny completed her 200hr Yoga Alliance training at YogaSource in Los Gatos and mentored under Cindy Walker.

Through yoga, Jenny found a deeper connection with herself and found that the old adage is indeed true, "Yoga is so much more beyond the poses and more so the journey inward."

You’ll find that her classes are very calming, bringing your mind and body to an ultimate state of relaxation. Each class begins with meditation and moves at a gentle pace to ensure the utmost benefit of each pose.
