Warming up the body slowly and authentically, Rashmi's yoga & movement classes emphasize mindfulness, intention with each posture and choice. As students move through postures, their is an emphasis on connecting the breath with the movement. Classes start slow, building from static and micro movements to a dynamic flow. Rashmi helps her students cultivate an understanding of their bodies by emphasize that it is "your body, your choice" throughout classes. Special attention is made to make classes approable for all people. Relaxation with a long savasana and visual meditation are added at the end to fully ground down.
